WARRANTIES
“The Earth Kraft” shall not be liable for defective sub-construction, faulty installation or other nonmanufacturing defects as these are outside our influence and scope of the organisation. This will involve sending pictures of actual site at the time of complete installation covering sticker on each sheet applied on the site. For Example: If there is a site of 15 sheets, we will need pictures from different angles which showcase each sticker. This is a necessary step in issuing of the warranty certificate. Customer will apply warranty card within 30 days after bill issued. Rest all mandatory documents required to issue the warranty certificate have been mentioned in the Warranty Claim form
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- ISSUE WARRANTY CERTIFICATE WITHIN 30 DAYS.
- AFTER BILLING 30 DAYS OF BILLING, IF THE WARRANTY CERTIFICATE IS NOT ISSUED FROM THE COMPANY THAN THE COMAPNY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY REPLACEMENT.
- WARRANTY CERTIFICATE IS MANDATORY FOR CLAIMING REPLACEMENT.
- WARRANTY CERTIFICATE IA APPLICABLE ONLY IF THE CLIENT HAS RECEIVED IT FROM THE COMPANY’S OFFICIAL MAIL ID : info@theearthkraft.in
